Your consultation request.

When you submit the consultation form, EstherCare receives the contact details and message you provide so we can respond to your request. Do not include information you would not want sent through an online form.

Form submissions are handled by our website infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) and delivered to us by email through our email delivery provider (Resend). Both may process and temporarily retain your submission in order to deliver it. Once we receive it, your request is held in EstherCare's own email account and used only to respond to you. We do not use the information in this form for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell it.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that form submissions come from a person rather than an automated system. It may read basic technical information from your browser for that purpose.

We keep the information you submit only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for basic business recordkeeping, and delete or anonymize it after 24 months of inactivity.

Cloudflare and Resend may process and store your information on servers located outside Canada, including in the United States.
